Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Custom orders or personalized products are non-returnable unless defective.

3. Defective or Damaged Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, subject to inspection. Shipping costs for returning defective products will be covered by us.

4. Refund Process
