Shipping Your Baltic Plunge Tub

We're excited to get your new Baltic Plunge Tub to you! Because this is a large, pre-assembled item, it requires special freight handling to ensure it arrives safely. Please read the following steps so you know exactly what to expect.

1. Order Processing

After you place your order, you'll receive a confirmation email. Our team will then prepare your tub for shipment. Please allow 5-7 business days for order processing before your tub is dispatched from the warehouse.

2. LTL Freight Shipping

Your tub ships via a specialized LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) freight carrier. Once shipped, transit time is typically 7 to 14 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

3. Scheduling Your Delivery

This is important! The freight carrier will call you directly at the phone number you provided to schedule a delivery appointment. An adult must be present to receive and sign for the delivery.

4. Curbside Delivery Service

To ensure a smooth delivery, please be aware of the following:

  • The delivery service included is Curbside Delivery. The driver will use a liftgate to lower the palletized tub to the ground and place it at the end of your driveway.
  • The driver is not responsible for moving the tub onto your property, into a garage, or to its final location.
  • Due to its size, we recommend having at least 2 people available to help move the tub from the curb to your desired spot.

5. Inspect Before Signing

Before the driver leaves, please inspect the packaging for any signs of damage. If you notice anything, you must make a note of it on the delivery receipt before signing to ensure a smooth claim process if needed.
